Refurbishment of shopping centre Novo Plaza

SIS were appointed the general contractor for the complete refurbishment of Novo Plaza in Prague for Bluehouse Capital. The refurbishment comprised a refresh of all mall areas, a new foodcourt, escalators relocation, liftshaft cladding, new entrance portal, complete exterior facade updrade, public toilets on the foodcourt level and all shell and core works for new KFC and Burger King units. All works were carried out in an operational shopping centre and incorporated other SIS divisions including Electrical, HVAC and our own brand glass partitions CLARUS.
